Thursday Courses
Th6003 - Anatomically-Driven Endodontics: New Technologies & Complex Cases
Time: 8 - 11 AM
Type: Lectures    Handouts: No
Dentist Fee: $105.00  Other Fee: $75.00

Learn the latest technologies and techniques for performing superior endodontics! We will discuss conservative endodontic access, the biologic requirements for endodontic success, and navigating canal morphology with super elastic and flexible XP instrumentation. Learn the latest irrigation protocol, optimal sealing with bioceramic sealers, single cone gutta percha obturation, and the proper use of 3D shapers and finishers.  We will assess how to diagnose and treat complex cases, navigate complex anatomy, and trouble shooting.

Th5009 - Hands-on Course for Instrumentation & Obturation of Root Canals
Time: 12:30 - 3:30 PM
Type: Workshops    Handouts: No
Dentist Fee: $425.00  Other Fee: $425.00

In this hands-on workshop compare the latest technologies and techniques for performing superior endodontics including optimal debridement and disinfection of the root canal space, dentin conservation, and single-cone obturation utilizing bioceramic sealer. Minimally invasive 3D cleaning resulting from virtual core NiTi instrumentation will be evaluated.

Note: Each participant is encouraged to bring several extracted teeth that have already been accessed, with the main canals located and instrumented to size #10 or #15 hand files. Plastic teeth will also be provided.

Fr6082 - The Endo & Perio Relationship with Cracked Teeth
Time: 1 - 4 PM
Type: Lectures    Handouts: No
Dentist Fee: $105.00  Other Fee: $75.00

Is it endo or perio? Often the two combine in cases of cracked teeth and cause a very difficult clinical situation. We will compare the biological relationship between endodontics and periodontics with cases shown, explaining how to differentiate the diagnoses, and how to treat these conditions. Understand when and how to save these teeth and the use of diagnostic tools like the CBCT as well as their limitations to give your patients the most accurate prognosis for treatment.
