This lecture will dive into the financial and operational expectations when bringing in a new doctor or selling your practice completely, tips for finding the right match and how to develop a strategy for an efficient transition.  

 

1:10 pm               Networking Social: Find Your Future Practice Opportunity

This course includes a moderated-networking session with current practice owners. Hear their stories, experiences and insight to get real-life perspective from doctors who have walked this path themselves.

 

NOTE: Students, residents and associates will participate in the full-day Practice Ownership Program, while practice owners and established doctors are invited to join the session halfway through the program for the “Are You Ready?” lecture and networking portion.
