BIO
Archie Manning is a legendary football player, respected leader and longtime advocate for community service. A native of Mississippi and an All-American quarterback at the University of Mississippi, Manning was the first-round draft pick of the New Orleans Saints in 1971 and enjoyed a distinguished 15-year NFL career. He was a two-time Pro Bowl selection and was named NFC Most Valuable Player in 1978.

The Hinman Dental Meeting has a storied history of Keynote speakers that come from a wide range of backgrounds including globally recognized public figures like First Lady of the United States Laura Bush, world-renowned neurosurgeon Dr. Ben Carson, international wildlife expert Jack Hanna, and CNN’s chief medical correspondent, Dr. Sanjay Gupta.
Hinman Keynote speakers have also featured uniquely inspirational guests like Frank W. Abignale, Jr., who was the subject of the film Catch Me If You Can, with Tom Hanks and Leonardo DiCaprio. Captain Richard Phillips also spoke one year, famous for being the captain of a hijacked cargo vessel off the coast of Africa. Other inspirational speakers include famous sports figures like NFL hall of fame quarterback, Jim Kelly, and college football hall of fame coach Vince Dooley.

2026 Keynote Speaker
Dr. Rich McCormick is a decorated veteran and emergency room physician who proudly serves Georgia’s 7th Congressional District in the United States House of Representatives. Raised by a single mother, Rich was a paperboy in middle school and eventually worked his way through college. A firm believer in service before self, McCormick proudly served in the U.S. Marines and Navy as a helicopter pilot and physician. During his two decades of service, Rich deployed to combat zones in Africa, the Persian Gulf and Afghanistan. Between deployments, Rich earned his Master of Business Administration from National University and his medical degree from Morehouse School of Medicine in Atlanta.

Josh Sneed is a nationally touring stand-up comedian known for his appearances on Comedy Central and Last Comic Standing. A veteran of the comedy scene, Josh has performed at major festivals including Just For Laughs in Montreal and the Aspen Comedy Festival. His comedy specials have reached millions of viewers, and his sharp, relatable storytelling has made him a favorite at comedy clubs, corporate events, and theaters across the country.

Dr. Nido Qubein is an internationally recognized business leader, author, educator, and professional speaker who has inspired audiences around the world with his message of leadership, achievement, and personal growth. He has served as president of High Point University since 2005, leading a remarkable transformation of the institution. Having arrived in the United States as a teenager with limited English and just $50, Dr. Qubein went on to build a successful career in business and become the author of more than a dozen books on leadership, communication, and personal development. He is also the recipient of numerous prestigious honors, including the Horatio Alger Award and Ellis Island Medal of Honor, and is a member of the National Speakers Hall of Fame.

Kathleen Madigan is a celebrated stand-up comedian whose sharp wit, down-to-earth storytelling, and effortless delivery have made her one of the most successful touring comics in the country. Over her more than three-decade career, she has released multiple comedy specials on Netflix, Comedy Central, MAX, and Amazon Prime Video, made more than 40 appearances on late-night and daytime television, and appeared alongside Jerry Seinfeld on Comedians in Cars Getting Coffee. A two-time award-winning comedian, Madigan also hosts the popular Madigan’s Pubcast, which has earned more than 13 million streams.
Colonel Nicole Malachowski (USAF, Ret.)
2021 Keynote Speaker
Colonel Nicole Malachowski (USAF, Ret.) is a pioneering military aviator, decorated combat veteran, leadership expert, and the first woman pilot selected to fly with the U.S. Air Force Thunderbirds. During her 21-year Air Force career, she flew more than 2,300 hours in six different aircraft and logged more than 188 combat hours, serving as an F-15E flight commander, instructor pilot, flight lead, and commander of the 333rd Fighter Squadron. She also served as a White House Fellow and Executive Director of the White House’s Joining Forces initiative, supporting veterans, service members, and military families. After being medically retired in 2017, Colonel Malachowski turned her focus to advocacy, leadership, and inspiring others to overcome adversity and break barriers. She was inducted into the National Women’s Hall of Fame in 2019.
