In compliance with the American’s with Disabilities Act, we will make all reasonable efforts to accommodate persons with disabilities at the Meeting. View the Hinman Code of Conduct here. - Audio, Photo and Video Disclaimer – Photographs, audio recordings and videos may be taken during the meeting by Hinman and approved media representatives and contractors. When registering for the meeting, exhibitors and attendees grant Hinman, its subsidiaries and affiliated entities, approved media and their respective employees and agents, the irrevocable right and permission to use any such photograph, audio recording and video taken during the meeting, for purposes of news reporting, promotion and advertising and trade in any medium or context now known or later developed, without further authorization.
- Are children allowed at the Hinman Dental Meeting?
- Youth (ages 12 – 17) may register for and attend age-appropriate special events and lectures and visit the Exhibit Hall. We do not recommend bringing children under 12 years of age to the Meeting and strollers are not permitted in the Exhibit Hall.
- Is there a coat and luggage check?
Yes, coat and luggage check is available all three days of the meeting. The cost is $5 per item (credit card only). Location will be announced in March. - Can I rent a scooter or wheelchair at the Meeting?

The GWCC has a Mamava Nursing Pod, located in Building B.
Registration
- Do I need to register in advance for all courses and events?
Yes, all courses and events must be registered for in advance. - Can I register at the Meeting?
Yes. Visit Onsite Registration in the Georgia World Congress Center, Building A Main Entrance during these hours:
Wednesday 1 – 5 p.m., Thursday & Friday 7:30 a.m. – 5 p.m. and Saturday 7:30 a.m. – 4 p.m. - What is your cancellation policy? In-Person Registration, Paid Lectures & Special Events Cancellation Policy
Registration cancellation requests must be received by 12 noon EST on Monday, March 8, 2027 to receive a full refund. Registration cancellation requests made after Monday, March 8, 2027 will incur a $25 processing fee. Include the attendee name and badge number when emailing cancellation requests to hinman@prereg.net. Refunds will be issued within 14 business days via the method used for payment. - Hands-on Workshop Cancellation Policy
Hands-on workshop course cancellation requests must be received by Monday, March 8, 2027 to receive a full refund. NO refunds will be issued for hands-on courses after Monday, March 8, 2027. Include the attendee name and badge number when emailing cancellation requests to hinman@prereg.net. Refunds will be issued within 14 business days via the method used for payment. - Online Course Cancellation Policy
No refunds will be issued for online courses.
*Course changes after Monday, March 8, 2027 are permitted. Credit from one course can be used to purchase a different course of equal or greater value. The course change must occur during the same transaction. For example, if a course is removed a new course must be added at the same time. Course change requests must be made via phone by calling Hinman Registration at 678-341-3006. - What are the fees to register?

Yes, the paper registration form for Hinman 2027 will be posted in November. - When will my name badge be mailed?
Attendees who register online or whose pre-registration forms are postmarked by February 18, 2027 will receive their registration badges in the mail. Registrants should bring all of these materials to the Hinman Dental Meeting. Those individuals who register after February 18, 2027 must pick up their materials onsite. Your registration confirmation email contains a barcode that can be scanned at Express Registration for easy badge printing.
CE and Handouts
- How can I access course handouts?
Handouts will be available March 15 through April 15, 2027 for those courses where a speaker provides a handout. Log into your registration account to access these handouts. If you do not see a handout for your course it is because the speaker did not provide a handout. - How do I redeem CE for in-person courses?
For in-person courses, you will receive a 4-digit CE code at the conclusion of each course. Use the Hinman APP or log into your online registration account to submit your 4-digit code and add the course to your CE Certificate. You can email your CE Certificate to yourself for printing at a later date, or you can print directly from your computer. Learn more here. - How do I redeem CE for online courses?
At the conclusion of the online course, you will take a five question CE quiz to obtain the self-instruction CE Certificate. - How do I access online courses?

Click here for information. - I’m an AGD Member. What date should I process my CE by?
The Thomas P. Hinman Dental Meeting is an AGD PACE recognized provider. Each attendee is responsible for maintaining all CE documentation and submitting it to the appropriate licensing body. CE requirements differ from state to state. Check with your state board for specific requirements. In order to meet Hinman’s AGD deadline for CE submission, AGD members should process their CE no later than Monday, April 13, 2026 for the Hinman 2026 meeting. - Can I print CE certificates at the Meeting?

- Which hotels are in the Hinman block?
