Your Hinman Hotel Service team will assist you in securing your initial room block and throughout the entire booking process. onPeak will remind you of upcoming deadlines for deposits, individual cancellation policies, and rooming lists. HOUSING REGISTRATION OPENS SEPTEMBER 27, 2010
Select one of the following methods to make your hotel room reservations:
- Call onPeak at (800) 243-1581.
- Book your room requests over the Internet in a “real time” reservations process. Confirmation of hotel room selections are given instantaneously. This method opens on September 13.
- E-mail the exhibitor housing form to Hinman@onpeakevents.com. onPeak will send confirmations on September 27.
To avoid duplications in the booking process, please select only one of the above-recommended methods.
CAR RENTAL DISCOUNTS
onPeak Customer Service Agents also can assist you in making airline and car rental reservations. Discounted airline and car rental rates are available for Hinman attendees. Call AVIS at 1-800-331-1600. Please reference the AVIS Discount #J094357 to receive discounted rates.
AIRLINE DISCOUNTS
For airline reservations, a discount program has been established through Delta Airlines/Northwest Airlines for the meeting. When booking your flight, use code NM4BT to apply the discount. Tickets can be booked by calling 800-328-1111.
