Exhibitor Booth Information

2025 Booth Fees

The price of your booth includes:

• Pipe and drape 8’ high in the rear and 3’ high on each side draped in show color
• 7" x 44" identification sign with company name and booth number
• Ten complimentary exhibitor personnel badges per 10' X 10' space purchased
• Opportunities to reach your targeted audience by choosing one of the Hinman sponsorship items. Items will be available by June 1st.
• Company and product or service classification listing on our interactive website and mobile app for Hinman attendees to view and plan agenda
• A 6' skirted table, 2 side chairs, 1 waste basket, and one electrical outlet (Exhibitor must complete the Complimentary Equipment Order form in the Exhibitor Kit by the deadline to receive these items.)
• Complimentary wifi in the Exhibit Hall

The price of your conference room includes:

• A lockable, 10' X 10' carpeted room on the exhibit hall floor for all three days of the show
• One conference table, 4 side chairs, 1 waste basket and one electrical outlet

STANDARD AND CORNER BOOTHS Exhibit fixtures, components and identification signs will be permitted to a maximum height of 8'. All display fixtures over 4' in height and placed within 10 lineal feet of an adjoining exhibit, must be confined to that area of the exhibitors space which is at least 5' from the aisle line in order for each exhibitor to have a reasonable sightline from the aisle regardless of the size of exhibit. No hanging signs permitted.

PENINSULA BOOTH Exhibit fixtures, components and identification signs will be permitted to a maximum height of 20'. Hanging signs will be permitted to hang 20' (from floor to top of sign) provided written approval is received from exposition management at least 60 days prior to the show. All display fixtures over 4' in height and placed within 10 lineal feet of an adjoining exhibit in a standard booth, must be confined to that area of the exhibitor’s space which is at least 5' from the aisle line because exhibitors adjoining peninsula exhibits are entitled to the same reasonable sight line from the aisle as they would expect if they were adjacent to an exhibitor with a standard booth.

PERIMETER BOOTH Exhibit fixtures, components and identification signs will be permitted to a maximum height of 12'. All display fixtures over 4' in height and placed within 10 lineal feet of an adjoining exhibit, must be confined to that area of the exhibitor’s space which is at least 5' from the aisle line because each exhibitor is entitled to a reasonable sight line from the aisle regardless the size of exhibit. No hanging signs permitted.

ISLAND BOOTH Exhibit fixtures, components and identification signs will be permitted to a maximum height of 20'. Hanging signs will be permitted to hang 24' (from the floor to the top of the sign) provided written approval is received from exposition management at least 60 days prior to the show.
