Thursday, June 1, 2017

  • Application due, along with a 50% deposit. Booth Applications went live onsite this year on March 17th. There are still booth spaces available. You may apply by clicking here.  

Friday, December 1, 2017

  • Last day to cancel and receive full refund of monies paid. Any cancellations between December 2, 2017 and January 14, 2018 will receive deposit payment minus a flat $500 administration fee. All requests must be in writing and no requests for refunds will be generated on or after January 15, 2018.

Friday, December 15, 2017

  • Exhibitor booth personnel pre-registration begins. All confirmed exhibitors may register their booth personnel online by going to the Exhibitor Portal found in the box to your right under "Exhibitor Tools". You will need your password to register. 
  • Exhibitor Kit goes live. You can find a link to the kit in the Exhibitor Portal found in the box to your right under "Exhibitor Tools". You will need your password to login.

  1. Final payment due
  2.  Certificate of Insurance due. No exhibitor will be allowed to set up their booth or exhibit unless they provide a Certificate of Insurance.
  3. Final opportunity to edit your company contact information for the onsite guide, The Hinman Exhibitor and product category listing information

  • Group Rooming lists due to Hinman Housing powered by Eventsphere
  • Sponsorship Graphics Due
  • Exhibitor Appointed Contractor form due, and a certificate of insurance must be furnished by the exhibitor appointed contractor. EAC form is found in the Freeman Service Kit.
 
Tuesday, February 20, 2018
  • Pre-register your booth personnel to receive your badges in the mail. Otherwise, badges will be available for pick up onsite beginning Wednesday, March 21.
  • Freeman advanced warehouse begins receiving shipments.

Complimentary Booth Equipment form deadline (forms submitted after this date will not be accepted. NO EXCEPTIONS). The Complimentary Booth Equipment comes with:
  • Four foot skirted table
  • Two side chars
  • One waste basket
  • Booth ID sign
  • 120 v electrical outlet
*To receive these items you MUST fill out this form found in the Freeman Service Kit.
