What are the exhibit space fees?
10' x 10' Linear Booth...........$3,450
10' x 10' Corner Booth..........$3,850
Island Surcharge....................$3,450 per booth eliminated
A $500 per 10' x 10' booth space deposit is due upon submitting the Exhibit Space Application, and the remaining 50% deposit of the total booth space is due at assignment. Your booth assignment will remain in reserved status for 30 days until your deposit is paid. If the deposit is unpaid past 30 day deadline, your booth assignment is subject to cancellation. Booth assignments began June 15.
What does the floor plan look like? 2020 Floor Plan
The floor plan is live but booth assignments do not start until June 17. Once that deadline passes, you will start to see the floorplan fill up. When selecting your space for the booth application, keep in mind that your choices may be taken by exhibitors with a higher priority point. The exhibits manager will contact you directly with alternatives making every effort to satisfy your booth requests.
What do I need to apply?

Your company contact will receive a reminder email with your password. Your password remains the same from previous years. Remember, you need your password for your priority points to be allocated to your application. If you have any questions, stop by the exhibits office or email Wendy McGar, Exhibits Manager at wmcgar@hinman.org.
