March 16, 2023

December 1, 2023

  • Last day to cancel and receive full refund of monies paid. Any cancellations between December 2, 2023 and January 16, 2024 will receive payment minus a flat $500 per 10' x 10' administration fee. All requests must be in writing and no requests for refunds will be generated on or after January 17, 2024.

December 14, 2023

  • Exhibitor booth personnel pre-registration begins. All confirmed exhibitors may register their booth personnel online by going to the Exhibitor Portal found in the box to your right under "Exhibitor Tools." You will need your password to register. 
  • Exhibitor Kit goes live. You can find a link to the kit in the Exhibitor Portal found in the box to your right under "Exhibitor Tools." You will need your password to login. 

January 16, 2024

  • Final booth payment due.
  • Certificate of Insurance due for in-person exhibitors. No exhibitor will be allowed to set up their booth or exhibit unless they provide a Certificate of Insurance to the Exhibits Manager, Wendy McGar at wmcgar@hinman.org. 
  • Final opportunity to edit your company contact information and select your product category listing for the Hinman website and mobile app.
  • Sponsorship Graphics Due.                                                                                                                                         

January 28, 2024

February 14, 2024

  • Deadline to pre-register your booth personnel to receive your badges in the mail.  Otherwise, badges will be available for pick up onsite beginning Wednesday, March 20th.
  • Early-bird deadline for ordering lead retrieval. 
    Due to data privacy issues, starting this year, the barcodes used for Lead Retrieval will be encrypted.  If you are planning to use your own lead retrieval system, use the lead retrieval order form to purchase a developer kit which will include the decryption key.
  • Freeman early order discount deadline. This includes the Complimentary Booth Package (one electrical outlet, 2 side chairs, one wastebasket and a 6' skirted table per booth).

February 15, 2024

  • Freeman warehouse begins receiving crated, boxed or skidded materials. Material arriving after March 14, 2024 will be received at the warehouse with an
    additional after deadline charge.

March 18, 2024

  • Shipments can begin arriving at the Georgia World Congress Center

March 19, 2024

  • 8 a.m. - 8 p.m. Exhibitor Move-in 
  • Freeman Service desk open 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.

March 20, 2024

  • 8 a.m.  - 8 p.m. Exhibitor Move-in
  • Freeman Service desk open 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
  • 2025 Booth Application is available.

March 21, 2024

  • 8 a.m.  - 5:30 p.m. Exhibitor Hall Access Hours
  • 9:30 a.m. - 5 p.m. Exhibits Open

March 22, 2024

  • 8 a.m.  - 6:30 p.m. Exhibitor Hall Access Hours
  • 9:30 a.m. - 6 p.m. Exhibits Open

March 23, 2024

  • 8 a.m. - 3 p.m. Exhibitor Hall Access Hours
  • 9:30 a.m. - 3 p.m. Exhibits Open - Exhibit Booths MUST STAY OPEN until 3 p.m. and those exhibitors working their booth must take this into consideration when booking flights. There will be NO Exceptions for early move-out. 
  • 3 p.m. - 10 p.m. Exhibitor Move-out
