Ongoing

  • Purchase of Booth space can be made. Payment in full must be received within 30 days of purchase. Booths and payment in full will not be accepted beyond March 3, 2021.          

Monday, November 2, 2020

  • Last day to cancel and receive full refund of monies paid. Any cancellations between November 3, 2020 and January 14, 2021 will receive deposit payment minus a flat $500 per 10' x 10' administration fee. All requests must be in writing and no requests for refunds will be generated on or after January 15, 2021.

January 7, 2021

  • Exhibitor booth personnel pre-registration begins. All confirmed exhibitors may register their booth personnel online by going to the Exhibitor Portal found in the box to your right under "Exhibitor Tools." You will need your password to register.  

Friday, January 15, 2021

  • Certificate of Insurance due for in-person exhibitors. No exhibitor will be allowed to set up their booth or exhibit unless they provide a Certificate of Insurance to the Exhibits Manager, Wendy McGar at https://hinman.formstack.com/forms/certificate_of_insurance.
  • Final opportunity to edit your company contact information and select your product category listing for the Hinman website and mobile app.
  • Sponsorship Graphics Due
  • Exhibitor Kit goes live. You can find a link to the kit in the Exhibitor Portal found in the box to your right under "Exhibitor Tools." You will need your password to login.

  • Deadline to cancel virtual and in-person booths and receive full refund of monies paid.
  • Deadline to enter your Show Special.

February 8, 2021

  • Set-up and approval of virtual booth. 

 Wednesday, February 17, 2021

  • Deadline to pre-register your booth personnel to receive your badges in the mail.  Otherwise, badges will be available for pick up onsite beginning Wednesday, March 10.
  • Attendee Pre-registration mailing lists are available. 
  • Early-bird deadline for ordering lead retrieval.

  • Freeman advance warehouse begins receiving shipments.

Tuesday, February 25, 2021

  • Freeman online advance order discount deadline

Thursday, March 11, 2021

  • 8 a.m. - 6 p.m. Exhibitor Move-in
