2025 Hinman Booth Information

What are the 2025 exhibit space fees?

All booth space and conference room fees are available here.

 

What do I need to apply? 

Your Password.
Your company contact received a reminder email with your password. Your password remains the same from previous years. Remember, you need your password for your priority points to be allocated to your application. If you have any questions, email Wendy McGar, Exhibits Manager at wmcgar@hinman.org.  

 

Complete a booth space application. A $500 per 10' x 10' booth space deposit is due upon submitting the Exhibitor Space Application. The remaining 50% deposit is due within 30 days of assignment. 

 

Booth spaces are available. Here is a link to the floorplan. All available spaces are in blue. 

 

How do you create a new company record and receive a password to apply?

  1. Click here to create a new company record.
  2. Fill out your information and submit. This adds you to our exhibitor database.
  3. Once submitted, your password will appear at the top of the confirmation page and in a confirmation email.
  4. Once you have received your password, click on the Booth Space Application, enter your password, fill out the form and submit. 

What are priority points and how are they accumulated?

Exhibit space is assigned based on priority points.  Each year, a company can gain up to 4 priority points for each of the following:

  1. Apply to exhibit on show site for the next year’s meeting.
  2. Complete the post show survey.
  3. Book your hotel room(s) through Hinman Housing powered by Eventsphere. One priority point is applied upon completion of your hotel stay.
  4. Consecutive year of exhibiting as the primary contract holder with the Meeting.

What are the 2025 Rules and Regulations?

The rules and regulations include the following information in detail:

  • Space Assignment
  • Restrictions
  • Regulations- live demonstrations, Hinman Logo use, Subletting Space, Space Rental, Hall Access Hours and more
  • Booth & Equipment Specifications
  • Registration
  • Terms of Payment
  • Indemnification and Liability Insurance
  • Violations

Certificate of Insurance Requirement:

Hinman Exhibitors are required to carry a liability policy for their booth space. When you purchased your booth type, you agreed to adhere to the Hinman rules and regulations which details this requirement. If you are in need of insurance, contact Rainprotection by calling (800) 528-7975. Online form to come.
