Tuesday, May 10 to be guaranteed the Hinman group rate of $249 per night (additional taxes and fees apply).
A 15% resort fee will be added to all reservations. The resort fee includes complimentary parking, access to all hotel activities and water rentals
(game lawn, bikes and helmets, kayaks, hydro bikes, paddle boards, fishing poles at the pier and more), shuttles to downtown Fairhope, and many more on-property amenities.
A one night’s deposit at the time of booking is required to confirm the room. The hotel has a 5-day cancellation policy.
The group rate is available Wednesday, June 1 through Tuesday, June 7. The Trustees will pay for one standard room night for each Hinman Member
who fulfilled their member obligations this year. If you would like to book a room after May 10, please contact the Hinman Office to check availability.

About Registration Fees
A registration fee must be paid for anyone who participates in any part of the family weekend. This fee includes Friday
night, Saturday night and Sunday morning meals, as well as group entertainment.
