A full spectrum of options for bonding indirect restorations greatly expands dentin bonding's role in the contemporary restorative practice. This class provides an in-depth discussion of Immediate Dentin Sealing (I.D.S.) & Deep Margin Elevation (D.M.E.). We will review current dentin bonding systems best indicated for indirect restorations as well as techniques for preparation (including partial coverage restorations), impressions, temporization, lab communication, material selection, and cementation of indirect restorations for the treatment of cracked teeth.
