An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure. As dental professionals, we provide our patients with the highest degree of preventive healthcare. There has been a dramatic shift in lifestyle habits since 2020. Masks, face shields, gloves, glasses and expensive air filtration systems in our dental offices may help safeguard us at work. However, what we do OUTSIDE of our dental operatories, may be a greater priority in maintaining our health. This program will discuss preventative practices for promoting good overall health.
