Despite advances in products and techniques, one in four children still experiences early childhood caries. Treating young patients can be rewarding, but also challenging. This course helps clinicians think like pediatric dentists, covering communication strategies, imaging appropriately, diagnosis and treatment planning based on age and risk assessment. Through case presentations, participants will explore materials, techniques and practical solutions that lead to positive appointments, building trust with patients and confidence for providers when treating children.
