Dentists are mandated reporters of abuse and need to be aware when we see it. During this program we will discuss the mechanisms and appearances of injuries with a focus on common modalities including non-intentional, intentional, patterned and mimickers of injury to help you recognize the difference. Guidance and resources on mandatory reporting and case discussions will be given to educate you as to the criminal acts of human smuggling and exploitations of labor and sex trafficking.
