This course features instruction, demonstration and a hands-on (pig-jaw) workshop focused on clinical crown lengthening for private practice. Participants will learn the indications, considerations and surgical principles of crown lengthening and limited flap procedures. Emphasis will be placed on patient evaluation, diagnostic criteria and anatomic considerations essential to surgical success. Through guided practice, attendees will gain hands-on experience and confidence in performing clinical crown lengthening techniques.

This lecture will address peri-implant diseases, diagnoses, etiology and risk factors, treatment modalities and maintenance strategies. The format will be lecture and case presentations. After this course, participants will become more familiar with diagnoses of peri-implant diseases, etiologies and risk factors associated with peri-implant disease, reported modalities of implant disease treatment methods and maintenance of dental implants in-office and with patient home care.

This lecture reviews key periodontal hard and soft tissue procedures used to address common defects around natural teeth, including gingival augmentation, frenectomy and crown lengthening. Through lecture and case presentations, participants will learn to identify and manage mucogingival deformities such as recession, inadequate keratinized gingiva and aberrant frenum. The course also covers indications and principles for clinical crown lengthening and corrective functional and esthetic gingival augmentation techniques and frenectomy.

This lecture will address peri-implant diseases with a focus on diagnosis, etiology, risk factors, treatment modalities and maintenance strategies. The format includes lecture and case presentations. Objectives are to enhance understanding of peri-implant disease diagnosis, identify etiologies and associated risk factors, review reported treatment methods, and discuss maintenance of dental implants through both in-office protocols and patient home care, promoting long-term implant success.
