This lecture will address peri-implant diseases with a focus on diagnosis, etiology, risk factors, treatment modalities and maintenance strategies. The format includes lecture and case presentations. Objectives are to enhance understanding of peri-implant disease diagnosis, identify etiologies and associated risk factors, review reported treatment methods, and discuss maintenance of dental implants through both in-office protocols and patient home care, promoting long-term implant success.
