Can I register over the Internet?
Yes, beginning December 1, 2009, you can register online.
May I fill out the registration form even if my dentist is not coming?
Yes.

How do I make a change on my registration form after I’ve mailed it in?
Call the Hinman registration service at (866) 248-2883. New this year – see page 5 for $0 categories.
What is the guest policy?
Anyone who is not included in the registration categories listed on page 5 is considered a guest. All guests must pay a $75 registration fee, complete a guest registration form, and can register on-site only. Guests do not have to be accompanied by a registered attendee. Guests do not receive continuing education credits.
Registering enables guests to visit the exhibit hall and buy tickets for courses or special events.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations will be accepted until March 6, 2009 and must be submitted in writing. In order for your refund request to be considered, you must include the attendee’s name and address, the original registration badge, and course tickets. All refund requests made after the conclusion of the meeting must be submitted no later than May 29, 2009. All requests must be mailed to:

What is the difference between Registered and General courses?
A fee is charged for Registered Attendance courses. General Attendance courses are free of charge with ticketed, priority seating offered to those who preregister.
Where is lost and found?
If you find an item, turn it in to a Hinman Information Booth, or the Hinman on-site office, A-307 of the Georgia World Congress Center. If you lose an item, stop by room A-307.
How do CE credits work? How do I know the number of hours I earn with each course?
Hinman provides one hour of credit for each hour of lecture. At the conclusion of the lecture, make note of the announced CE code. Computerized CE certificates can be printed out at the conclusion of each course, at the end of the meeting or from any computer for up to six months following the meeting. Check with your State Board to find out how your hours are credited. To receive AGD credit, AGD members should visit www.agd.org/membership/submitce/course/ to download the course record form. Credits can be submitted via fax (preferred), mail or email attachment to membership@agd.org. Members can contact membership@agd.org or (888) 243-3368 for any additional questions.
If a course is repeated, will it be the same material?
Yes, anytime a course is repeated, it will be the same material.
When will I know if I was closed out of any courses?
You will be notified in writing that you have been registered for the meeting. Badges and tickets for confirmed courses are mailed approximately three weeks prior to the meeting for those individuals pre-registered by February 25.
What are the dates of the 2011 Meeting?
The meeting and exhibits will run concurrently Thursday through Saturday, March 24 – 26, 2011.
