2022 Exhibits Information for First-Time Exhibitors

 

We will hold an in-person meeting March 17 - 19, 2022 at the Georgia World Congress Center and Omni Atlanta Hotel.

 

 

What are the 2022 exhibit space fees?

2022 booth space fees will be available in early August.

 

How do I purchase a booth?

Use this link to purchase your booth package and browse our sponsorship options. 

 

What is the process for booth assignments?

The in-person exhibit floor will take place in a ballroom and will be tabletop 8 x 10' exhibit spaces. Booth assignments will begin after the new year. Exhibitors will be contacted directly by the Exhibitors Manager to discuss assignment options. 

 

In-person exhibit space is assigned based on priority points accrued through the 2019 Meeting, as points were not awarded in 2020. 

 

Virtual exhibit space will appear on the platform in booth level order from the top of the webpage down- Upgraded Virtual, Virtual and In-Person, and Basic Virtual. All virtual spaces are searchable by category and by company name. 

 

How do you create a company record and receive a password to apply?

1. Click here to go to the Exhibitor Portal.
2. Fill out your information and submit. This adds you to our exhibitor database.
3. Once submitted, your password will appear at the top of the confirmation page and in a confirmation email.
4. Once you have received your password, click here to be redirected to purchase your space.

Certificate of Insurance Requirement:

Hinman in-person Exhibitors are required to carry a liability policy for their booth space. When you purchased your booth type, you agreed to adhere to the Hinman rules and regulations which details this requirement. The RainProtection Insurance offers inexpensive coverage.
