BOOTH FEES

The price of your booth includes:

  • Pipe and drape 8’ high in the rear and 3’ high on each side draped in show colors.
  • 7" x 44" identification sign with company name and booth number.
  • Ten complimentary exhibitor personnel badges per 10’ x 10’ booth space purchased.
  • Company listing in the official Hinman Program Book and Hinman’s Attendee website.
  • Company and product or service classification listing in the onsite Guide to Technical Exhibits.
  • Opportunities to reach your targeted audience by advertising in the Hinman Guide to Technical Exhibits.
  • Company and product or service classification listing on our interactive website for Hinman attendees to view and plan agenda.
  • Hyperlink to company’s website via Hinman’s website.
  • Complimentary Equipment –The following complimentary equipment, valued at more than $375, is provided to Hinman Exhibitors FREE of charge by completing the Complimentary Equipment Order Form.

    • (1) adhesive booth number

CONFERENCE ROOM FEES

Conference rooms are offered to supplement regular booth space so as to take advantage of the additional private location to conduct meetings, meet with customers and negotiate business. Availability is limited and is open only to confirmed exhibitors who have purchased a booth on the exhibit hall floor.

Regulations for Booth Set-Up

Please read carefully. Regulations are strictly enforced. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE.

STANDARD AND CORNER BOOTHS
Exhibit fixtures, components and identification signs will be permitted to a maximum height of 8'. All display fixtures over 4' in height and placed within 10 lineal feet of an adjoining exhibit, must be confined to that area of the exhibitors space which is at least 5' from the aisle line in order for each exhibitor to have a reasonable sightline from the aisle regardless of the size of exhibit. No hanging signs permitted.

PENINSULA BOOTH
Exhibit fixtures, components and identification signs will be permitted to a maximum height of 20'. Hanging signs will be permitted to hang 20' (from floor to top of sign) provided written approval is received from exposition management at least 60 days prior to the show. All display fixtures over 4' in height and placed within 10 lineal feet of an adjoining exhibit in a standard booth, must be confined to that area of the exhibitor’s space which is at least 5' from the aisle line because exhibitors adjoining peninsula exhibits are entitled to the same reasonable sight line from the aisle as they would expect if they were adjacent to an exhibitor with a standard booth.

PERIMETER BOOTH
Exhibit fixtures, components and identification signs will be permitted to a maximum height of 12'. All display fixtures over 4' in height and placed within 10 lineal feet of an adjoining exhibit, must be confined to that area of the exhibitor’s space which is at least 5' from the aisle line because each exhibitor is entitled to a reasonable sight line from the aisle regardless the size of exhibit. No hanging signs permitted.

ISLAND BOOTH
Exhibit fixtures, components and identification signs will be permitted to a maximum height of 20'. Hanging signs will be permitted to hang 24' (from the floor to the top of the sign) provided written approval is received from exposition management at least 60 days prior to the show.
