- Can I register online?
- Yes, beginning December 3, 2007, visit
www.hinman.org to register online.
- May I fill out the registration form even if my
dentist is not coming?
- Yes.
- May I fax my registration form?
- Registration forms will not be accepted via fax.

- How do I make a change on my registration
form after mailing it in?
- Call the Hinman registration service at

- What is the guest policy?
- Anyone who is not included in the registration
categories listed on page 6 is considered a guest.
All guests must pay a $75 registration fee,
complete a guest registration form, and can
register on site only. Guests do not have to be
accompanied by a registered attendee.
Registering enables guests to visit the exhibit hall
and buy tickets for courses or special events.
- What is the cancellation policy?
- Cancellations will be accepted until February 29,
2008, and must be submitted in writing. Please
include attendee′s name, address, registration
badge, and course tickets. All requests must be
mailed to:

- What is the difference between Registered and
General courses?
- A fee is charged for Registered Attendance courses.
General Attendance courses are free of charge with
ticketed, priority seating offered to those who
pre-register.
- Where is lost and found?
- If you find an item, turn it in to a Hinman
Information Booth, or the Hinman on-site office,
A-307. If you lose an item, stop by room A-307.
- How do CE credits work? How do I know the
number of hours I earn with each course?
- Hinman provides one hour of credit for each hour
of lecture. At the conclusion of the course, the
CE code will be announced. Computerized CE
certificates can be printed at the conclusion of each
course, at the end of the meeting or from any
computer for up to six months following the
meeting. Check with your State Board to find out
how your hours are credited. To receive AGD
credit, AGD members should stop by the AGD
booth in the exhibit hall.
- If a course is repeated, will it be the same
material?
- Yes, anytime a course is repeated, it will be the
same material.
- When will I know if I am closed out of any
courses?
- You will be notified in writing that you have been
registered for the meeting. Badges and tickets for
confirmed courses are mailed approximately three
weeks prior to the meeting for those individuals
pre-registered by February 14, 2008.
- Which are the closest hotels?
- See the map on page 11 to find the location of
various hotels. Remember, participating downtown
hotels are on the Hinman shuttle route.
- Who do I call for hotel, airline and rental car
reservations?
- Call Ambassadors at 1-800-243-1581.
- Where can I find Hinman Shuttle
information?
- To find out which hotels are located on the shuttle
route, see page 8 of this book and look for the
asterisk (*). Specific shuttle schedules will be
printed in the onsite Hinman Program Book and
will be posted in each participating hotel lobby.
- Which MARTA stop do I use to get to the
GWCC?
- Georgia Dome/GWCC on the East/West line.
