Name badge Info
A name badge is required to attend all Hinman functions, including Hinman's Night Out at Restaurant Row. If you registered before March 11, your badge was mailed to you. If you registered on or after March 11 or if our badge has not arrived, you will need to pick up your name badge onsite. Visit Express Registration to quickly scan your barcode (emailed to you when you registered after Feb 22) to print your name badge when you arrive onsite.

Wednesday, March 20 from 1 – 5 p.m.
Thursday, March 21 from 7:30 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Friday, March 22 from 7:30 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Saturday, March 23 from 7:30 a.m. – 4 p.m.
NEW this year! Print CE certificates during the above hours Thursday - Saturday at onsite registration. There will no longer be CE printing stations in the Exhibit Hall.
Coat & luggage check has moved to the GWCC 300 level at the top of the escalators. Look for the Georgia State University meeting space sign. Cost: $5 per item (credit card only).

Parking - GWCC Red Deck is the Closest
Reserve parking in advance of the Meeting for $11.30. Day-of parking is $20. Once on the GWCC reserved parking site, scroll down to find the Hinman Dental Meeting event and select the date of your arrival.

Flight
Flying to Hinman? Use Delta Air Lines and Meeting Code NM34N to purchase your tickets and receive a discount depending on the fare of class purchased.
Reservations and ticketing are available online or by calling Delta Meeting Network Reservations at 800-328-1111. Note that a Direct Ticketing Charge will apply for booking by phone.

MARTA (Public Transportation System)
MARTA's airport station is attached to Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport, just outside baggage claim. Within 20 minutes you can be downtown! Exit at the GWCC stop on the East/West line.
