Non-Profit Exhibit Space Application
Applications are due by Monday, December 14, 2009.
Non-Profit Exhibitor Rules and Information:
- This form of scientific presentation will be accepted only if their purpose is clearly to present information related to the art and science of dentistry, to the basic sciences, or to the improvement of health. An exhibit may be presented by a dentist who is a member of the American Dental Association, a dental school which has been accredited by the Council on Dental Education of the American Dental Association, a hospital whose dental services have been approved by the Council on Hospital Dental Service of the American Dental Association, and individuals or groups representing the Federal Dental Services.
- Other individuals, agencies, non profit, national and international organizations may present exhibits if their policies and practices are not in conflict with the current policies and objectives of the American Dental Association and the Meeting, as determined by the General Chairman and the Advisory Committee. Space for each exhibit shall be assigned on the basis of availability.
- All booths must be staffed throughout the entire meeting. Exhibitors may not
move or exchange booth placement. If rules are violated, exhibitor will not be
permitted to exhibit in future Hinman Dental Meetings.
- Non-profit booths will be located in exhibit hall A-3 at the Georgia World
Congress Center, Atlanta, Georgia. Exhibit dates and hours are as follows:
- Thursday, March 25 10:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
- Friday, March 26 9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
- Saturday, March 27 9:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.

Booth Fee: Free…Booth expense paid by Hinman Dental Meeting! Free Booth
package includes: carpeted 10’ x 10’ booth, 6' x 30" skirted table, two chairs,
wastebasket, and booth I.D. sign. Additional tables, chairs, electrical
hookups, and audiovisual equipment will be at exhibitor’s expense.
